Crystal Resistant Distillate (CRD) is a highly refined, proprietary raw material that contains the broad spectrum of cannabinoids that the market is increasingly demanding. CRD was initially developed as a vape-specific product intended to remain a flowable liquid in its natural form without additives.

Our proprietary distillation process prevents the distillate from crystalizing—it will remain stable for up to three months. The process increases the proportion of minor cannabinoids, many of which are non-crystalline to CBD. The result is an ultra broad-spectrum product that is rich in minor cannabinoids and remains liquid in its natural state.

Although CRD was initially introduced as a vape-specific product, it has since found a much wider range of applications. Many GVB customers now use CRD as a raw material for non-vape products such as topical creams and tinctures where a high minor cannabinoid content is desired. It remains important to the vape market because it requires no harmful cutting agents (MCT, VG, PG, etc.), and can be formulated solely with terpenes for use in vape products. GVB is the market’s largest producer of this highly specialized product.
